Returns & Refund Policy

Overview

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help.


Returns

You may return most items within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is:

  • Unused and in its original packaging

  • In the same condition as received

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Please email info@everythingpink.co.za before sending your return to confirm eligibility and receive instructions.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as cosmetics, personal care products, or intimate apparel cannot be returned unless defective or incorrect.


Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • You will be responsible for return shipping fees unless the item was faulty or incorrect.


Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item (for example, a different size or colour), please email us first to confirm stock availability.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
