Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment has been confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders or stock delays, shipping may be delayed slightly. You will be notified via email if there are any major delays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and depend on your delivery location and the size/weight of your order.
We currently deliver nationwide across South Africa using trusted courier partners.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
Damaged or Missing Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date) with your order number and photos (if applicable). We’ll assist in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
International Shipping
At this stage, Everything Pink ships only within South Africa. International delivery options may be introduced in the future.
